A five-level location tree (site, building, floor, zone, room) with every asset, O&M document and contract tied to its exact place.
Preventive maintenance engine
PPM schedules generate work orders automatically, with checklists, SLA tracking and a completion check before close-out.
Work orders & service requests
Requests, assignment, technician updates and a printable work-order sheet in the hospital's own layout.
Spare parts & stock ledger
A running stock ledger per site with site-to-site stock transfers and full movement history.
Digital log sheets
A custom widget that turns daily paper log sheets (chillers, generators, power monitoring, water checks) into mobile forms.
