Ravel Storage runs self-storage facilities across three branches in Abu Dhabi. Unit layouts lived on whiteboards and floor sketches, and invoices sat in Zoho Books with no link to the units, so nobody could see at a glance which units were free, who was renting what, or who was behind on payment. We brought it all into one Zoho system: units, tenants and rentals in one place, a visual map of each warehouse, and payment status flowing in from Zoho Books.

Payments that update themselves
The app is connected to their existing Zoho Books, so unpaid tenants are flagged without anyone checking manually.

A dashboard of occupancy by branch plus a morning email listing what needs attention.

Branch staff can handle day-to-day bookings, while settings and deletions stay with the owner.
