SBW Group (Shyam Group of Companies) is a business group in Prayagraj, North India, spanning tobacco, dairy, agro processing, hospitality, logistics and real estate. For its bidi manufacturing business (SBW Unity) we are building a Zoho Creator app that allocates raw material to contract rollers, records what comes back, and follows production through sorting, packing and dispatch, branch by branch.

A material allocation and production app
Masters & warehouses
Raw materials, items, brands, packets, bundle variants, branches and warehouses, all managed in one place.
Contractor allocation
Raw material is issued to each contractor against a brand-wise consumption rate, so expected output is known upfront.
Manufacturing & consumption
Production received from contractors is recorded with actual consumption compared to the rate matrix.
Sorting, packing & conversion
Semi-finished bidis move through sorting, conversion and packing into packets and bundles.
Branch-wise control
Users are mapped to branches and see only their branch's stock, contractors and reports.
Transfers & excise
Transfer orders between warehouses and excise invoices close the loop on dispatch.
